  1. Delete NOR.7.2 and replace with:

7.2. Major Alterations of the RRS

**Under RRS 86.3 and with the approval of the Italian Sailing Federation, this event will test the 2016 package of Test Rules proposed for match racing.

  1. a)  Add to RRS 41: help to recover from the water and return on board a crew member, provided the return on board is at the approximate location of the recovery. “
